I brought my Mercedes in for its 10,000 mile/first service. Since the car was purchased from Nanuet, I decided to have the service done here even though the Paramus dealership is closer to me. I am very disappointed with the experience. The car was returned without a car wash, nothing was done to the interior or exterior. For a Mercedes Benz dealership, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations.

I was not sure if I wanted another Mercedes but my salesperson, Osiel Mancha, worked so hard to make sure all my needs were met, I was able to lease my new 2026 C300 quickly with the best deal with all the options I wanted. I just took delivery of my new GLE 350. It is probably the 8th or 9th Mercedes that I have purchased or leased from Joe and Danny in past 15 years. What an amazing team of professionals not often available at car dealerships. Any group that can sell me on a Mercedes on the phone in 2 hours and deliver a car from Massachusetts, and get out of the business manager’s office in 20 minutes with all the lease documents completed puts most Mercedes dealers to shame. Osiel was a champion salesman and Renee a true managerial asset.

If you expect expert care and basic accountability from a certified Mercedes-Benz dealership, avoid Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet. As a loyal customer since 2020 who fully financed my vehicle here and maintained continuous warranty coverage, my recent experience has been a nightmare of systemic negligence.
In February 2025, I brought my vehicle in for a major Service B inspection. Less than ONE HOUR after picking it up and being assured it passed all multi-point checks, the engine completely lost power on the road due to a catastrophic transmission failure they completely missed.

Here is the problem, the so called concierge , advised me if you don't get the full service MB won't reset the system. I paid $$$$ for that so called service, only to discover the tech never reset it. anyone who owns a MB knows that to reset the oil change odometer is a PIA. Very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet.
The vehicle developed multiple issues during a relatively short 2-year lease, including a concerning clogging/grinding sound on startup that the dealership initially seemed reluctant to properly evaluate and later suggested was “normal.” More recently, the car failed to start altogether.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. David Cohn provides truly personal service with upfront fair pricing, meticulous attention to details, and follow up through the whole ownership of car, even to working together with service department. This dealership claimed my son’s vehicle required an axle repair and presented photos as proof. We brought the car to our regular, trusted mechanic at Caliber in New City, who completely refuted their diagnosis. He was genuinely perplexed and categorically denied that any axle work was needed. Don't buy a Mercedes, and if you do, definitely get it at another dealership. The car was a lemon and broke down on the day we picked it up and multiple times after that. The people at the dealership were indifferent and not helpful. No loaner was available and we were offered a low end rental instead. Calls and emails to the owner were largely ignored.

Had an 8:30 AM appointment for my GLC300 and arrived at 8:15. I was told by Anthony to wait in the lounge and someone would be with me shortly. I waited for 45+ minutes with zero communication, while several customers who came after me were taken care of immediately.

Horrendous service. Went in for a free recall service with a loaner pick up, everything went fine until I came back to pick up my car. Whole thing was supposed to be for free. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB from Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet in September 2023. The car had 8,000 miles, a "NO ACCIDENT" assurance, and a clean Carfax report. NO ONE mentioned any prior damage or accidents—it was sold to me as completely clean and problem-free.

SCAM!!!!!! We bought a certified pre owned from this place which is over an hour from our place last year. Within a month fuel tank cap will not stay closed our nearest Benz dealership said it doesn’t show up as CPO we had to go back here and fixed the fuel cap and agreed to issue to the certificate. I had high hopes that they would fix my car jumping randomly when I am driving but they have been unable to do so.
