I was not sure if I wanted another Mercedes but my salesperson, Osiel Mancha, worked so hard to make sure all my needs were met, I was able to lease my new 2026 C300 quickly with the best deal with all the options I wanted. I can’t rave enough about my excellent experience with Osiel, highly recommend him. Moreover, Osiel made sure everything was in order especially since I live in NJ.

Very thankful for this dealership. They truly care about your experience and don't just try to sell you a car. What an experience ! By far , hands down the best experience I have ever encountered with a salesman at a dealership. Tony Coban deserves 10 stars for the way he handled me and my wife. We all have been there before with some of these dealers, pushy and definitely not seeking to genuinely help you out and have your best interests at heart. Quite the opposite here with Tony at Benz of Nanuet. Me and my wife had been shopping to get her in a new ride and been to countless dealerships before walking in here and meeting Tony. He shows what customer service is all about! We told him what we wanted , where we wanted to be price range and he made it happen. Wow - such a great experience. Lots to say, 5* to the folks here, but in particular Austin Millen, I have to commend him, who was an incredible advisor to us. We were an oddball case where we were actually making a used BMW purchase at a Mercedes Benz dealership! From the very beginning, the team made us feel calm, they were very patient with us throughout, and the entire purchasing process went through a few back and forth hurdles between us, insurance and the DMV, but Austin's expertise and calm nature brought us through. He would go above and beyond in ensuring that he was putting us first. Bill was also a great manager during our experience, complementing the entire sales process. Overall, highly recommend the dealership. So much so that I may end up switching to get a Mercedes one day in the future. 🙂

I just took delivery of my new GLE 350. It is probably the 8th or 9th Mercedes that I have purchased or leased from Joe and Danny in past 15 years. I wouldn't be such a repeat customer if the experience hadn't been outstanding each and every time. Kudos to the entire team there at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet.

Joseph Horneman at Mercedes Nanuet NY put a compelling deal together quickly and was responsive even on his day off! Though I live closer to other Mercedes dealers, Robert Galbrecht’s service team at this same dealership makes the drive worth it.

Excellent service

What an amazing team of professionals not often available at car dealerships. Any group that can sell me on a Mercedes on the phone in 2 hours and deliver a car from Massachusetts, and get out of the business manager’s office in 20 minutes with all the lease documents completed puts most Mercedes dealers to shame. Osiel was a champion salesman and Renee a true managerial asset.

I had an excellent experience working with Tony. He was straightforward and transparent from the very beginning, which I really appreciated. He took the time to answer all of my questions, was patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His honesty, communication, and customer service made the entire process smooth and stress free. Staff is kind and shuttle service is super convenient for running errands while you wait. I always have a great experience coming here but today was exceptional. It was raining and one of the staff went into his own personal backback to lend me his umbrella. Thank you, Walter!

This is the third consecutive car I have purchased from MB of Nanuet and I would never consider any other dealership. The level of courtesy and professionalism there is unmatched. Dealing with Danny and Joe and the entire staff there is not like dealing with a dealership but it truly is like family. And their support does not stop the minute you drive out of the lot but continues for the entirety of the time you have the car. I can not thank them enough or recommend them any higher.

I just leased a 2026 Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz of Nanuet. I have been a Mercedes customer for over 35 years and have purchased or leased eight vehicles over that period. This is the first time I have worked with MB of Nanuet and I can say that it was without a doubt the best car purchase/lease experience I have ever had. From finding the right car for me with my exact specs and color, acquiring the car in a timely fashion, pricing the car and arranging the transaction, and finally to their taking almost two hours to demonstrate all of the safety and convenience features of the SUV. Danny Siegel and Joe Horneman spent considerable time with my wife and me during this entire process. On a scale of 1 to 10, MB of Nanuet is a 12! I highly recommend them as the most professional and customer-focused Mercedes Benz dealership in the tri-state area. They genuinely care about their customers. My experience with Mercedes-Benz and Nanuet has been wonderful. I have been leasing cars since the year 2000 Juan Rodriguez is my salesman and he is the best he’s very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with every car that I have leased from them. The dealership is a pleasure to visit. It’s immaculate and everybody there is very friendly and personable. Very pleased with MB Nanuet. I've burned through two other MB dealers that were just not cutting it, as they were slow to respond and sometimes didn't call back at all. After all, I was not going to beg them to sell me a car! Later on, I was introduced to Sam and I could not have been happier with the service he offered.
